A few 2008 gifts for friends

These are a few finishes which were part of gifts to stitching friends.




The Stoney Creek box kit along with a set of my stitch rose pins were sent as a rak to a dear stitching friend who I met through one of my groups. It feels like we've know each other forever but it has only been a few years.

I also did a little bird fob for Kathy earlier in the year using the same design I did for Tiina's so I thought it might be interesting see how the different finishing styles change the entire look of the design.

I sent a few sets of my rose pins to new homes.

The little blue bird fob trimmed with red seed beads and bow arrived along with 2 small tins and some trims landing in my friend Tinna's mail box. Tinna is taking an online finishing class in one of my groups and she was unable to find the tins in her country.

My LNS friend Judy loves the leggy pink birds so this pink lady is part of a green tote bag.

The cheery LK "Bloom" ornie with the yellow fabric was a get well gift for a Southern stitcher.

A quilt is being done in one of my yahoo groups which I stitched the ABC fabric square.

The collection of angel things were sent to a very sick stitching friend, who has developed a fondness for smalls.
